* Lifestyle Roundtable: Pomona's Lifestyle Roundtable is an interactive peer group whose members are dedicated to maintaining daily activity through the use of effective scheduling, information sharing, creative tools, and other practical yet innovative techniques.

* Pick-up Basketball available M/ W/ F at noon. Please contact Richard Mawhorter at x18727 with any questions or concerns.

* Those interested in learning to use the cardio and/ or weight room and designing a fitness program should contact Lisa Beckett at x18428 for more information.

* Recreational Swim and Stroke Work: Please contact Brian LeDuc at x74485 if you are interested in recreational swim times or individual stroke work.

Fall Kick-off Lunch: Friday, September 14, 11:30 - 1:00 pm, Frank Blue Room (presentation begins at 12:10 pm).

It is recommended that you check with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

A "Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement" must be completed before participating in these programs. Forms are available in the Rains Center office and in Human Resources, Alexander Hall #129.
