* Lifestyle Roundtable: Pomona's Lifestyle Roundtable is an interactive peer group whose members are dedicated to maintaining daily activity through the use of effective scheduling, information sharing, creative tools, and other practical yet innovative techniques.

Fall Kick-off Lunch: Friday, September 14, 11:30 - 1:00 pm,
Frank Blue Room (presentation begins at 12:10 pm).
It is recommended that you check with your physician
before beginning any exercise program.
A "Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement" must be
completed before participating in these programs. Forms are
available in the Rains Center office and in Human Resources,
Alexander Hall #129.
