* Those interested in learning to use the cardio and/ or weight room and designing a fitness program should contact Lisa Beckett at x18428 for more information.



It is recommended that you check with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

A "Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement" must be completed before participating in these programs. Forms are available in the Rains Center office and in Human Resources, Alexander Hall #129.
