I include this ranking information because I find there to be some historical and archival importance. I also recognize that some (prosepective student-athletes, alumni, team members) may find value in these numbers. I would like to be clear however that we are concerned only in the process that is hopefully reflected in the numbers. These rankings tell only a small portion of the wonderful story that is Pomona-Pitzer Men's Tennis, and whether or not we are #1 in the nation or unranked, I am concerned only in the experience of the student-athletes in our program, and our perpetual goal to compete for a National Championship. |
